Welcome to Community Hospice of Victor Valley’s Website. Community Hospice of Victor Valley provides Hospice Services for patients in Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, Lucerne Valley, Helendale, Adelanto, and Phelan, California. The purpose of this site is to help educate our community about hospice services and eliminate some of the myths about hospice. Please begin your visit to our site by answering 10 true or false questions on our What’s Your Hospice IQ? quiz. You may be surprised when you read through the answers. We also want to direct you to the Steps you Can Take Now page, where you will find a link to the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s educational website, Caring Connections. This site covers topics such as Advance Care Planning, Caregiving, and Grief. It contains several other resources we hope you will find helpful. As you read through our site, please keep in mind that Community Hospice of Victor Valley is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have and/or to further explain the services hospice provides. |
